The modern, stylish interior combines beautifully with the grandeur of the 17th century canal architecture. Built in 1688, the entire edifice was thoroughly renovated in 2012. It is a place to relax together and have a drink after a day of shopping and museum visits. Fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator and a Nespresso machine, and stocked with the books, magazines and maps you will need to explore the city. Everything in the refrigerator is free. ### Breakfast Mokum Suites does not serve breakfast. Enjoy one at restaurant Nate in the neighbourhood at a reduced price, or bring it home and eat it in the Mokum kitchen. ### Best place in town Ideally situated on the majestic Herengracht 532, on the corner of the Reguliersgracht. From the bridge you have an idyllic view of 15 bridges, beautifully lit at night. The Rembrandtplein and the Utrechtsestraat are a few minutes away, and the museums, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Trams 4, 9 and 14 stop nearby, and Centraal Station is 10 minutes away. ### Jani & Daphne We are Jani and Daphne, brother and sister, and we took over Mokum Suites from our cousin Emile and his wife Francisca. We both live on the canals of Amsterdam ourselves, so we are real locals, and we know many beautiful places in the city that we would like to share with our guests. ## Good to know - The minimum stay is 2 nights. - Check in is from 13:00 and check out is at 11:00. - An extra bed or cot can be arranged for an extra charge. - Tax, tourist fees, bedding and towels are included in the price. - You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days of arrival the full amount is due, and we may ask for a deposit. - Bicycles may not be moved or placed inside the premises. - Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed inside. - Only people named on the reservation may use the room.
